No pets may be tied up or kept outside, must reside inside tenant’s home and may only be outside if on a hand-held leash or in a designated “dog park” area. Tenant must clean up after and dispose of their pet’s waste properly. Vicious, dangerous, or pets weighing over 30lbs. are not allowed, and the community manager’s approval may be revoked if the pet is shown to be a nuisance or potential danger to persons or property. Tenant will be responsible for all their pets and must carry insurance to protect fellow residents against damages caused by such pet.
