Tenant must clean up after and dispose of their pet’s waste properly. Vicious, dangerous, or pets weighing over 30lbs. are not allowed, and the community manager’s approval may be revoked if the pet is shown to be a nuisance or potential danger to persons or property. Tenant will be responsible for all their pets and must carry insurance to protect fellow residents against damages caused by such pet.
